The Body Mechanics studio was built on a simple idea: Pilates is for every body, not just dancers and gym regulars. Our instructors are STOTT-certified, which means every cue you hear is rooted in real anatomy and built around the way your body is actually moving today — never a generic class plan.
Whether you’re bridging out of rehab, training for an event, or quietly undoing a desk job, you’ll get the same one-on-one attention to alignment that turns one good session into a long-term movement habit.
Three ways to practice
- Group classes — up to 6 people, 55 minutes, full apparatus.
- Semi-private — train with a partner; same instructor, shared rate.
- Private — pure one-on-one with a senior STOTT-certified instructor.
