Therapy clinic
Physical & occupational therapy.
Insurance, scheduling, what to bring.
Do I need a referral from my doctor for physical therapy?
Most insurance plans allow direct access — meaning you can see a PT without a doctor's referral. Some plans still require one. Call us with your insurance card and we'll verify before your first visit.
Do you accept my insurance?
We're in network with most major plans — Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, and many others. Call us with your card and we'll confirm your specific benefits before you come in.
How long does a session last?
Initial evaluations run 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes, all one-on-one with your therapist — never handed off to a tech.
What should I bring on day one?
Your photo ID, your insurance card, any prescription or referral from your doctor (if you have one), and clothing you can move and exercise in.
Can I park in front?
Yes. Both locations have ample free parking right out front. The entrance is at ground level — no stairs to navigate.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible, so we can offer that slot to another patient on our wait list.
Body Mechanics Pilates
Studio policies.
Private-pay studio — separate from the therapy clinic it lives within.
Do I need a prescription from my doctor to do Pilates or Personal Training?
Nope. The studio is private-pay and is separate from the therapy clinic it lives within.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the session credit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards (except American Express), debit cards, direct deposit, cash, and checks. The studio does not accept insurance or HSA payments.
How long are classes?
All Pilates and Personal Training sessions are 55 minutes. Reiki sessions are 50 minutes.
What should I wear?
Anything non-restrictive that you can move in. Socks are required (grip socks recommended). Personal Training: please wear athletic shoes.
How many people are in a group class?
Up to 6 people per group class.
