Tim founded Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation with his wife Jen in 2012 after earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University and an MBA from Oakland University. He is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and holds full STOTT Pilates instructor certifications (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels). He is currently completing a Certification in Functional Manual Medicine through Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. Tim strongly believes in integrating Pilates into rehabilitation for restored, pain-free movement. He and Jen are raising four children together.

Josh leads our clinical operations across both locations. His patients consistently describe his approach as patient, precise, and persistent — the kind of therapist who finds the small movement deficits no one else catches.

Anne is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) leading our occupational and hand therapy practice. Patients credit her with everything from restoring elbow range after a four-surgery fracture to coaching them through stroke recovery — she shows up with both expertise and patience.

Viselle treats the entire upper extremity — hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder — with a calm, methodical approach that helps patients trust the process even when the journey is long.

Denise brings decades of orthopaedic experience to every plan of care, with particular strength in post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder rehabilitation.

Austin is a doctoral-trained physical therapist certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training — a powerful tool for rebuilding strength after surgery without overloading healing tissue.

Brandi bridges rehab and Pilates — bringing the precision of STOTT-certified instruction into the strength bridge that keeps patients well after discharge.

Evie teaches reformer, mat, and apparatus Pilates with an instructor-led attention to alignment that turns one class into a long-term movement habit.
